Terms of Service

I.P.S. srl Società Benefit sells the video consult service to the patient and issues the invoice off-platform. The video consult payment is handled via Stripe Connect. The professional receives 95% of the service amount; YouPAM retains 5%, inclusive of Stripe fees and transaction costs.

Professional self-declaration: upon registration, the professional attests the truthfulness of their board, registration, tax data; banking details for payouts are handled via Stripe Connect. YouPAM only checks the formal completeness of the fields.

The video consult is not for emergencies. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

The patient accepts the medical treatment within the video consult. Following and booking automatically make the user's health bio and private data visible to the professional. User cancellation ≥48h gets a full refund; under 48h no refund.
